It features one queen bed on the main floor and extra mattress beds upstairs for additional guests.

The upper room also includes a table and chairs, making it a great workspace or reading spot.

The kitchen is located near the entrance and is equipped with:

Stove, refrigerator, electric kettle
Simple seasonings for light cooking
The bathroom, located behind the kitchen, includes:

Towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities (no refill during stay)
A washing machine with detergent is available in the apartment.

The apartment is just a 5–15 minute walk from Gozan Station or Jungang Station (Metro Line 4), and about 60 minutes by train from Incheon/Gimpo Airport or Seoul Station.
You can easily reach major shopping areas, cafés, and restaurants within a 5–10 minute walk, and convenience stores are just one minute away.

There is no free parking available.
However, paid parking options are available:
Building parking: 1,000 KRW per 30 minutes (credit card only, 24 hours)
Public parking behind the building: 400 KRW per 30 minutes or 4,500 KRW for all-day parking
(Free on Sundays and during nighttime hours)
