Ideal for family getaways, this unit features a spacious family-style kitchen, expansive open dining area, and lounge. The area:
Perfectly located just 10 minites from 3 popular beaches: Escape to the brisk waters of the Atlantic ocean in either Noordhoek or Kommetjie with many gems along the way from the Farm Village in Noordhoek to the Imhoff Farm Village near Kommetjie.

Alternatively, head to the warmer waters of the Indian ocean with just a quick drive over the hill to Glen Cairn. Have a snack at Blended while youre in the area.

The space:
The upper master, named the 4th bedroom in the photos boasts an extra-length king bed with an awe-inspiring view right from your bed, extending to a private deck overlooking the pool and garden. There is no en-suite for this bedroom.

It can get a little hot in the upper master but we do provide a fan.

On the lower level, a second master called the 1st bedroom with a queen bed offers an en-suite, sliding door access to the pool deck.

The second and third bedrooms, each with single beds, share a bathroom and provide serene views of the inviting pool and ocean in the distance.

The well-appointed kitchen, adorned with a stylish granite island, features granite countertops throughout, seamlessly merging style and functionality. The kitchen side door leads to a washing line area and a double garage.

The dining room with a large dining table complemented by an indoor fireplace, opens to a panoramic view of Capri and the pool. Follow the flow to the TV room with a cozy couch, where sliding doors lead to the pool, sun loungers and the braai area.

Outside, a vast garden hosts an outdoor dining area and braai place.
