Lovely property with stunning views. The hosts were great communicators. It was clean, comfortable and we'd stay again.

What an amazing home and host! Beautiful views, comfortable beds and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Great location for visiting the wineries and hiking. Looking forward to a return stay!

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Parking is convenient. The owners are very friendly, helpful and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The area is very convenient. Amazing views of the Book Cliffs that are situated right across from the farmhouse. Many peach farms nearby and wineries galore. All the town folks are super friendly. Restaurants offer yummy food and friendliness. Not to forget the very hard working farmers. We would recommend to stay at the farmhouse in Clifton, Colorado. Ria and Alan.

Our stay was amazing! The day we arrived the owners welcomed us, they introduced themselves and told us if we need anything to give them a call. The view of the mesa and the property is very relaxing. We had restful nights, definitely coming back. I recommend this place!!!

Mark was an excellent host, letting us tag along to take care of the sheep, and letting us pet them! The house is beautiful, with amazing views on all 3 sides of the living room. The shower in the main bathroom is gorgeous with a rainfall shower. It worked well for us but note if you have young kids, there isn't a tub. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and beautiful appliances. We were able to reheat leftovers in the toaster oven and the kids loved eating at the breakfast bar. There was a train across the street that we could still hear from inside but not enough to wake us up or anything like that, and the toddler found that an extra bonus! Haha

This was our second time staying at this house in two and a half weeks. That is how much we liked it. The house is so comfortable and the views are amazing. The house still smells new and is very clean. The beds are comfortable and the closet has a lot of storage for your clothes. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with. Mark and Amy were great hosts. We can't wait to stay again.

Our stay was exceptional. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and more. The host was kind, accommodating, and attentive. Allowing us to use the 50 amp level 2 plug-in for our electric vehicle. He quickly responded to our needs and questions, while also giving us our privacy and space.I forgot to mention the views are breathtaking through the large windows

We can’t say enough good things about this house and the hosts Mark and Amy. They were very friendly and were there if we needed anything. The house was very clean and had everything you would need to cook. The place still smells new. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space for your clothes and a lot of hangers. It had plenty of chairs for you to relax in and enjoy the outdoor acreage. The house has a lot of windows so you can enjoy the amazing views. There was a perfect spot for our propane fire pit they let us bring. I wish I would have taken pictures of the views. I only have a video which I can’t include. We will definitely be coming back. We loved it there. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks again Mark and Amy.

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book this property again. The outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxing, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided incredible views that made the whole place feel open and inviting.The location was another huge plus—close enough to easily access all the Grand Junction area attractions while still feeling peaceful and private.The host was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was quick, friendly, and helpful, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating with our needs.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
