Hidden Gem

Awesome awesome awesome. Love everything about this place. The location, the parking, the size, did I say the location. We have stayed he for the past 5 or more years, and we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

A hidden gem!

We had the most wonderful stay at Polynesian Village 105. Didn't really want to leave. This place is right on the water & you have wonderful views of the gulf. Highly recommend a stay here. We were here for two months. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage space in the kitchen for food. Plenty of towels. Could use some hot pads. We just bought some. Nice walk in shower with good pressure. We like that we could park right outside our door. Our only real complaint is that when contacting management, we had to sometimes wait longer than expected to get an answer. It would be nice to be acknowledged within 24 hours.

Still there!

We booked February before we booked January so we are still in the condo. Love it here! The ability to look out our sliding door & the beach is right there is an amazing perk! We are on ground level. So convenient. Our condo has great storage for food & clothing. King size bed is comfortable. Plenty of towels. The kitchen is fully stocked. We love parking right outside our door. No hauling luggage thru a long halfway, across the sky walk, or up an elevator. Our only complaint is the wifi cuts out often. But it's back quickly. Not sure if it is too many devices being used or what. We have TV, 2 phones, laptop & a tablet. We just try not to use all at once, that seems to help. Highly recommend staying here. Wish it was available next year! Glad we're here another month!

FALL BREAK

Overall great experience.The location is close to all of our favorite restaurants. Access to the beach is amazing! We loved being able to walk right out the door and onto the beach. The room was clean, but definitely could use a deep cleaning and new air filter. Would enjoy another stay.

Party in the Front Paradise in the Back!

This truly was the perfect stay. It was clean. It was convenient. It was comfortable and the access to the beach was perfection. We had a great time and would love to do it again. I highly recommend booking this space!

Spent two nights passing through From Destin to Kissimmee for Business. Really like PCB better than Destin! Dustys had some awesome blackened grouper!Seen the most memorable sunset!!!

Pretty Nice

We had a good time. Location to beach is really nice and time of year was perfect. I would say the listing looks a little nicer than the property. The fridge wasn’t the cleanest and there was dust under the bed- but nothing was terribly nasty. Just not super clean.

Loved it. Wife found one hiccup.

Great place for just us two to stay. We loved it. We have now taken up a new hobby, pier fishing. Did it every day. Wife got the coffee pot immediately after we got there. The old filter had been left in it. With the amount of mold in it, we just went and bought a new small one at Winn Dixie. She did her best to clean it but I would just replace it for safety’s sake if I were you. Thanks again. We look forward to coming back. Phil and Julie. PS I do have a photo of the moldy coffee pot if you want me to send it to you.

Great little spot

This is the 4th year we have stayed at this location. The condo itself is very minimal with amenities but the location is perfect! It’s very quiet and relaxing. This has become our little happy place!

1 Million dollar review

The only negative was that there was not any bedding available for the pull out sofas. A couple of sleeping bags from Walmart and we were good to go. Condo was clean, stayed comfortable with good AC. Location is perfect! This helped make PCB our best beach tip ever.

Steps from the sand!

We had such a good trip. Loved having the beach right there. There was a great Oyster Bar right across the street and easy to walk to. The condo was just as pictured. It had everything we needed. Bed and couches were comfy! Communal washer and dryer were close by and nice to have. We will be booking again next year!

Close as you can get!

This place was perfect for our family. You literally open up the patio door and it's only a few steps to the beach. It was located close to literally everything! Book this place, you won't regret it.

Perfect Vacation

Great place on the beach

Great location and easy beach access. Walking distance to lots of great food and drink. Neighbors are nice and the unit had everything we needed for a beach getaway.

Loved to place

Loved our stay. You can't ask for a better location. Right on the beach!! Accommodations were as described. Check-in was easy. Just pull up to door and unload. Already booked for next year.

Excellent!

Perfect place for a quick stay! It had two pullout couches in the living area and that helped to separate our two kids. Everything worked, basic kitchen supplies, access to the beach was exactly as depicted- ground floor patio, steps away from the beach. More towels would have been nice, but we didn’t ask for any, so that’s on us. Definitely small, so don’t try to cram in more than 4. Will be booking again! Perfect for those who are low maintenance.

He as well has a unit in POLYNESIAN and we decided to go for a POLYNESIAN of our own- if you have more guest that you would like to come stay at POLYNESIAN let us know! we have 2 units in the complex 3 doors down from one another!
