Enjoy the beautiful 360-degree views from the large upstairs entertaining floor and deck, including ski slope views and a peekaboo view of the lake. 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full beautiful baths. Master Bathroom was updated with a luxury spa in mind! It has a huge stone tiled shower, a large tub, three sinks and a heated toilet. Best place to relax after an active day on the mountain! 2nd beautiful bathroom is shared between two bedrooms.

Plenty of entertainment in our beautiful chalet! Large 4th Bedroom has a twin bed, full bathroom and doubles as a fun game room to play Pool, Air Hockey, Foosball and a nostalgic upright arcade game featuring your favorites: Pacman, Galaga, Dig Dug and more. There's even a teepee tent and toys for the kids! Cabin features big TVs with Spectrum Cable, Roku for streaming Netflix or your favorite smart app, Blue Ray DVD Players and DVD Library, as well as fast Spectrum WiFi.

Outdoors is just as relaxing and fun! Soak in the new outdoor hot tub while gazing at the bright mountain stars. The deck features a nice propane BBQ for the master chef in the group, as well as an outdoor dining table and cozy propane fire pit. Also, you can sit back and relax on the bench swing next to the horseshoe pit and watch the kids go down the slide. Enjoy space to roam and that feeling of seclusion. You can even sled in the backyard on those snowy winter days!

The Living area offers a soothing, wood-burning fireplace, a great spot to sip on some complimentary coffee, tea or hot cocoa. The living room also offers a comfortable couch with a fold out queen size bed that has a new memory foam mattress. Looking for tranquility? This room offers an abundance of board games, puzzles and books to shut out the electronic noise. Or just off the living room is the updated, well-stocked kitchen where you can cook or bake for your family and friends. This beautiful cabin has something for everyone in the group!

Welcome to our home we hope you enjoy your stay and welcome your return as your yearly family vacation. Our home is the perfect place for families and couples who enjoy tasteful contemporary interior design and updated furnishings. Enjoy relaxing by a cozy fire or the breathtaking views on our wraparound deck. Rules: Must be over 25 to book . • This property has a maximum number of 10 guest that is set by the city/county and not negotiable! Renters found to be in violation of these clearly posted allowances will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental fees, charges and deposits. Please do not BBQ with grill next to cabin. It will melt the siding of the exterior wall. Please move BBQ to the middle of deck. • In order to prevent a party type atmosphere which this quiet neighborhood is not likely to welcome, we have implemented a minimum age requirement of 25. Underage guest are welcome but need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. • We would appreciate if you would leave all indoor furniture inside and keep all outdoor furniture on the outside. • For your safety and the safety of our home please leave fire screen closed at all times and never leave a fire unattended. • Outdoor fires are prohibited in Big Bear and come with a hefty fine. • No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond our control, acts on nature, or weather related problems. • We have a strict no smoking and no drugs policy. • Professional cleaning is provided between each guest stay, however we ask that prior to leaving you wash and put away any dish or kitchenware used. Please feel free to use our dishwasher. *If extra cleaning is required because the home has been left extra dirty we reserve the right to charge an additional $50. • $50 will be charged for lost remote control • Trash must be taken to local trash collection site. $15 fee for every bag left behind. • Trash site is located at 41974 Garstin Rd. Big Bear Lake CA 92315 • We kindly ask that guests refrain from opening locked closets or cabinets. This is for home owner’s personal property and any tampering of these areas are strictly prohibited. • We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them quickly and as effortlessly as possible, which means you have a better chance of refunding your full security deposit. Tenant is financially responsible for damages to the home during your stay. *In addition, if you notice something is broken or not working properly please inform us within one hour of your visit. Upon departure please turn off all lights (inside and out), lock all doors and windows. Set thermostat at 55 in the Winter and Spa at 80. Failure to do so may result in extra fees. We love our home and take great care and detail in maintaining it for our enjoyment as well as yours. We are aware that things may not always be perfect and welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have in making it even better.
