A private dock with covered boat slips (pontoon rentals available), a sparkling new pool, and a 6-person hot tub perched on an elevated deck set the stage for pure relaxation. From the dock, enjoy both sun and shade with comfortable seating and dining options. Paddle out on the kayak or two paddleboards, cool off with a swim from the dock, or play lawn games on the grassy area. Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
