The Space:

Experience a bright and inviting atmosphere in this recently updated home, featuring new paint and plush, comfortable mattresses. The stylish living room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen boasts marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, ready for you to prepare a home-cooked meal.



This home comfortably accommodates your group with three private bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: King Bed + Smart TV

- Bedroom 3: Twin Bed + Smart TV



Refresh in one of two full, updated bathrooms - one featuring a modern walk-in shower and the other a charming clawfoot tub.

Located in the Cannonborough/Elliotborough area, Spring Street sits just a few blocks east of King Street’s shopping and nightlife spine, meaning that in a short 3–5 minute stroll you can reach dozens of boutiques, cafes, and bars. Within a 10-minute radius you can reach Waterfront Park, stroll the Battery and the harbor promenade, or hop onto the Fort Sumter ferry. Don't sleep on local favorites such as Xiao Bao Biscuit, Southbound, Chubby Fish, and more.



The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

- Potential for Noise: As a historic home in a vibrant downtown location, some city and road noise may be heard. For your comfort, white-noise machines are provided in each bedroom.

Beautiful home that has been nicely renovated. Has a wonderful historic feeling with all the modern conveniences you would expect. The porch is a great place to hang out. Parking is tight, so larger vehicles may struggle to fit but other than that, this place had everything we were looking for.

Offering parking is definitely a privilege in the historic area, and the homes able to offer it do tend to have narrow parking areas.
