Wake up to peaceful marsh views and salty breezes in this bright and comfortable two-bedroom one-bath condo in Garden City at the Marshside Inn. Set right on the marsh and an easy stroll to the Garden City Pier, live music, ice cream shops, arcades, restaurants, and beach stores, this home base is just a short walk to everything!
Inside, an open living area flows to a private balcony for sunrise coffee and sunset colors. The full kitchen has full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and both drip and espresso coffee options, with a dining table ready for family meals or game night. Rest well in a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed beside the hallway bath, and a living room with a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility and incredible views of the marsh. Enjoy fast Wi Fi, smart TVs, central air, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. Guests have full use of the condo, balcony, and pool, plus free parking for one vehicle and simple self-check-in with keyless entry. This is a quiet community with quiet hours, and we ask that you please no smoking and no parties. Your Marshfront Escape puts the best of Garden City right outside your door.
Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:

A departure clean is included in your stay.
Only 1 vehicle is permitted and must have a parking pass displayed at all times. Towing is strictly enforced. Pets are not permitted.
Please note that this condo is waterfront on the marsh, so the surrounding area may experience flooding during heavy rain or high tides. Your safety matters to us, so please watch for SCDOT signs nearby, which provide current notices, detours, and helpful guidance.
The pool area opens April 1 and closes November 1.
The rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking for a seamless check-in process.
