Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is essential for visiting this peaceful Nolin Lake community. Public transportation, taxis, Uber, and Lyft are limited or unreliable in this rural area.



The roads near the cabin are mostly paved, but some sections are winding, narrow, and hilly. Please drive carefully, especially after dark.

**House Rules & Occupancy**



The property accommodates a maximum of 10 registered guests. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.



Please be respectful of neighbors, especially when enjoying the decks, hot tub, or fire pits in the evening. There are no specific mandatory quiet hours, but considerate noise levels are expected.



Breaking house rules may result in charges against the damage deposit or early termination of the stay, subject to applicable booking terms.



**Pet Policy**



We welcome up to 2 dogs for a total pet fee of $40 per night. This is the combined nightly fee for up to 2 dogs, not a fee charged separately for each dog.

Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies.



Dogs must remain leashed outdoors. Guests must clean up pet waste immediately and dispose of it properly in the outside trash bin.



The pet fee covers additional cleaning only. Guests remain responsible for damage, stains, or excessive wear caused by their pets.



**Smoking Policy**



Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the cabin and on all decks, balconies, and enclosed areas.



Smoking is allowed only in designated ground-level outdoor areas. Please safely extinguish and dispose of all smoking materials.



Evidence of smoking inside may result in a cleaning charge of up to $1,000, plus compensation for the next guest's refund as described in the original house rules, subject to applicable booking terms.



**Hot Tub Rules & Safety**



Please replace the hot tub cover securely immediately after each use to maintain water quality and temperature.



You may adjust the temperature during your stay. At checkout, please return it to 101°F and turn off all jets.



If pregnant, nursing, or managing a heart condition, consult a doctor before use. Do not remain in the hot tub for longer than 30 minutes.



Avoid using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol within the previous 24 hours.



Glass containers are strictly prohibited in and around the hot tub.



**Important Property Information**



The cabin has 3 levels connected by stairs. A small storage area near the hot tub is locked for maintenance and is not available to guests.
