Welcome to your serene oasis, Gulf Gate Retreat! This charming 2 BD/1 BA home boasts a private fully fenced backyard, complete with a relaxing hot tub and BBQ grill, perfect for entertaining. Each bedroom has a queen bed that comfortably sleeps a total of 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen stands ready with modern appliances to make fresh meals at home! The cozy living room features a smart tv and plush L-shaped couch and the dining area is a great spot to enjoy your meals together.
We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.
Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there AirBNBs and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.
I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
