Welcome to the amazing Snowcreek IV – a quiet complex nestled among the beautiful grounds with creeks, ponds, mountain scenery and wildlife. Enjoy a safe and peaceful location that's great for families and anyone looking to unwind in comfort.
This 2bed/2bath condo offers easy self-check-in, free parking, Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, year-round jacuzzi access, and private BBQ (seasonal).

About the Space:
This well-loved property is a ground level, condo with 1181 sq. ft., of living space – the perfect place to comfortably accommodates groups of up to 6 people. This rustic escape is a 2-bed/2 bath home that will immediately immerse you into the mountains.
The comfortable and inviting living room has a cozy cabinesque feel where the whole group can gather. It offers two couches (one w/ queen sized sleeper sofa) and armchairs, a large tv w/ smart features, ambient gas fireplace, to keep warm during the cold winter months, and a private patio with BBQ (available seasonally) overlooking the beautiful landscape. The kitchen has been updated w/ new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and natural wood countertops/shelves. The kitchen comes fully stocked making a perfect space to cook a delicious meal for the whole family.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed w/ ensuite bathroom, TV and spacious dresser/closet space. There is a dedicated workspace w/ desk, reading lamp and chair. The ensuite bathroom has a natural wood countertop double vanity w/ basin sinks and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, closet and dresser. Bathroom 2 is located in the hallway, directly outside of the second bedroom. It has a natural wood vanity w/ basin sink and a tub/shower. The private in-unit laundry is located in the hallway.
This property is very close to the Snowcreek Athletic Club, which offers day passes for purchase and a host of activities. Just outside of the complex, on the main road, is the town bike bath, and free town shuttle stop, making easy access to the mountain and the entire town.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
There is one HOA jacuzzi available to all guests staying at Snowcreek IV. There is a private BBQ, located on the front porch, available for use seasonally. There is private, in-unit laundry, located in the hallway.
There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.
Other details to note:
Please take your shoes off in the home.
**Snowcreek Athletic Club/Gym is located at the entrance to the complex – we do NOT have free access to the facilities. Day passes are available for purchase for purchase through the Club directly.
