The house was charming and well appointed. David was exceptional with communication. We really appreciated the parking spaces in a locale where parking is scarce. Charleston is a beautiful city!

MUSC Graduation

Wonderful property. Very easy to access. Off street parking was very nice. Spacious accommodations. Everything like new. Very close to downtown and short walk to MUSC. I highly recommend this property!

Best VRBO experience ever! Gorgeous property! Well equipped and generously stocked with everything to make for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and MUSC. Parking a real plus, a nicely maintained lot just steps from the door. Neighborhood active yet quiet and safe for evening walks. The porch, overlooking a well manicured little lawn, was perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Communication with host and cleanliness of unit especially good. HIGHLY recommend.

Great spot. Smelled a bit musty but some air fresheners helped a lot. Needed more hangers which were delivered promptly. Once in town messaging was very responsive. The location is FANTASTIC. The unit is very comfortable. Stairs are quite steep. Parking is very easy but I parked and walked everywhere.

gorgeous property, great location

This property exceeded expectations. The unit (107 Cannon St, "C") was beautiful and spotless, and the grounds were impeccably groomed. Parking was convenient, literally feet from the door. I was able to see "A" during our stay and it was just as spectacular. Would highly recommend this property and next time in Charleston with a large group would like to rent the entire house.

Charleston Trip

This listing was a great place to stay. It was attractive, clean and comfortable. Having the parking spaces was so nice. We had a question and received an answer very quickly. The stairs are steep and have two 90 degree turns, so not a good choice for anyone unsteady on their feet. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and charming

The property did not disappoint. Beautiful inside. Modern with historic charm. Well appointed, clean and quiet. Just as pictured. Beds were super comfortable. Having 2 parking spaces on site was a definite plus. So convenient. Walking distance to King St. It will take 20-30 min to walk though. The host was great. Responded to any questions quickly. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

This is a great house with all the amenities and great communication from the host. The neighborhood is full of great food and bars all within walking distance. Bad Bunny coffee around the corner is a great morning treat. We had a nice dinner on the porch despite the heat. Beds are super comfy and the property in general is just beautiful! Would absolutely recommend and come again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Property has been beautifully renovated and maintained. Exceptionally clean. Excellent communication with property host. Kitchen well equipped including Kitchen Aid appliances. Porch delightful area to sit for morning coffee and looks on to lovely landscaped area to back of home. Two reserved parking spaces only steps from unit’s door. Excellent location: Within 10 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, MUSC, and King street. Air conditioning kept both floors comfortably cool during summer heat wave. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!
