• Water hazards are present on the property and are not fenced; please be mindful of children.

• Provided watercraft is for the Teton River, not the pond.

• The indoor fireplace may not be available during the summer season.

• The outdoor fire pit is wood-burning and may be unavailable when fire restrictions are in place.

• A caretaker may visit the property for maintenance.

• An exterior camera is located above the garage, covering the driveway area only. We respect and prioritize guest privacy.
