✔️ Please note that while we have heating, we don't have AC in the property so kindly manage your expectations before booking. The coastal breeze is fabulous, and most guests enjoys the property without AC.
✔️ We’d like to set your expectations that the hot tub temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.
✔️ This property may have regular maintenance (e.g., hot tub twice a week) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance.
✔️ Surveillance or recording devices on the property, we use a noise monitoring device. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home.
✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.
✔️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
✔️ The hot tub is self-explanatory and holds six people.

⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee per pet. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
▪️ No smoking within the property’s premises.
▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9PM to 8AM.
▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc. The garbage is to be put out every Thursday night.
▪️ Pre-check-in requirements must be completed before arrival. Guests must sign the Rental Agreement, submit a valid government-issued photo ID, and authorize the security deposit through our secure third-party platform (ChargeAutomation). Check-in instructions and property access will only be provided after the verification process has been successfully completed. Failure to complete these requirements before check-in will result in denied access, and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund (according to cancellation policy). The security deposit will only be charged/captured if damages, missing items, or house rule violations are identified during the post-stay inspection.
