Low-impact summer projects are currently underway at Kings Crown. The Tennis and pickleball Courts: (as of 9/28/2026): The asphalt is in a 45-day curing phase. After this, final touches will be added to complete the courts. The tentative completion date is Thanksgiving. Parking lot lights and the installation of four light poles will occur. Date of work is not yet scheduled. Outside parking will be temporarily interrupted during this process, and specific areas will be roped off. Workers will remain on-site, though heavy construction and noisy work are now complete

**Pool and Rentals: The pool is now open, and Kings Crown is currently accepting weekly rentals through November 2026.
