The Space:

Welcome to this cozy first-floor studio at Carriage House Condos in Park City!



Inside, you’ll find a comfortable full sized bed, a TV, a small dining table for two, and a kitchenette equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and basic kitchenware. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.



The condo is professionally cleaned before each stay and prepared with fresh linens and essentials.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the entire studio. A secure access code will be sent before check-in, allowing convenient entry to both the building and the condo.



You’ll also have access to the community’s outdoor heated pool (open during summer) and indoor hot tub (open year-round), as well as on-site laundry, a fire pit, and one free parking space.

You’ll be just minutes from Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, and a great mix of local shops and restaurants.
