CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.



PARKING

Our driveway can comfortably fit up to six cars. Please do not park infront of neighbors. Boats can be parked on the street or in the RV garage.

SWIMMING POOL

Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $150 per night(Oct-April). Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.



HOT TUB

As our hot tub doesn’t have an on-site control panel, please let us know in advance of your stay which days and times you’d like to heat it. Complimentary free spa heating is included in your stay. And if you’d like to make adjustments while at the house, just let us know.



QUIET HOURS

Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

SMOKING

To keep Casa Havasu fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $1000 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.
