This exceptional property offers an ideal setting for families or groups of travelers seeking a beach getaway with ample privacy. This property is just a 3-minute walk to the beach. With two air-conditioned bedrooms, this charming home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Noteworthy amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a designated dining area, spacious living room complete with a smart TV, high-speed internet connection, private bathroom (with portable shower heater) and an outdoor cottage (inside premises).

Guests may bring their own or rent a set of floor mattress for Php500.00 (extra mattress, beddings, blanket, pillow)

PARKING
There are pay-parking spots available that is 100meters away from the house. Please expect to walk to the house since guests can't drive in directly to the gate. If you need help to carry your luggage, please inform the host.
Rate is ₱100.00 for overnight parking.

CHECK-IN
Please arrive at the property from 2pm to 11pm and inform the host of your estimated time of arrival. Jomar will give you the keys.
Your valid ID is to be presented to Jomar.

EXPECTATION:

1. This house is located approximately 100meters from the shore.

2. There's a narrow unpaved pathway going to the house's gate.

2. PARKING - Paid parking is available and is 100meters away from the house. Please expect to walk to the house since guests can't drive in directly to the gate. If you need help to carry your luggage, please inform the host.

3. PETS - Pets are allowed to stay for free but pets are not allowed to stay inside the air-conditioned bedrooms, worry not! There's a lot of space in the premises for your pet to get around.

4. KITCHEN -
a - There's a gas stove and cooking wares for you to use, please use with care.
b - Upon request and with extra charge, we can stock up with basic condiments, such as salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, onions, garlic, tomato and ginger for your convenience.
c - Drinking water is available for free. (Maximum 1 Jag per night stay)

5. LIVING ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT - This house is equipped with high-speed internet and a smart TV. Disney Plus + is available.

6. HELPING YOU MANAGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS:
a - The access road to this house is narrow, cars can't drive in, only tricycles. Best for commuters
b - The access road to this house is unpaved, please expect imperfections.
c - Beach is a 100meters away from the house that is around (2-3 minutes walk) But once you walk out the gate, the access road is straightly heading to the beach.
