The paved, gentle drive into the gated Lodges of Reedmont community is your first clue this isn't a cabin — it's a private mountain resort. Six thousand square feet, three levels, twelve bedrooms, and walls of windows framing the Smokies.



Head downstairs first — everyone will ask about the pool. Your private heated indoor pool runs year-round with a cascading stone waterfall, jetted streams, and color-changing LED lights. Next door, the game room hums with rivalry — pool table, foosball, a 60-game arcade, and a 4K Smart TV, plus a second laundry set for wet towels.



Outside, the hot tub waits under a sky full of stars once the sun drops behind the ridge. Decks wrap three stories with rocking chairs and Adirondack seating — gather at the gas fire table for a golden-hour toast.



Movie night gets its own room: fourteen recliners face a 75-inch screen, plus thirteen TVs scattered through the house. The bar lounge pours easy — a wet bar, an ice maker, a 100-cup coffee maker, and a glass garage door that rolls up to merge the lounge with the deck.

Downtown Sevierville and Forbidden Caverns are about 10-15 minutes away. Dollywood and Splash Country run roughly 15-20 minutes down the parkway. The Titanic Museum is about 20-25 minutes, near The Island in Pigeon Forge and its observation wheel, go-karts, and mini golf, also about 20 minutes.



Old Mill Square and Tanger Outlets are 15-20 minutes out. Gatlinburg's downtown, the aerial tramway, Ripley's Aquarium, and Anakeesta run about 30-35 minutes, matching Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Laurel Falls. Knoxville's airport is about 45 minutes.

HOUSE RULES



Check-in is after 4:00 PM, checkout before 10:00 AM, giving the cleaning team time to reset all 12 bedrooms and 12.5 baths. Occupancy is capped at 36 guests, including children — noise decibel monitors are calibrated for large groups, so normal gathering noise is fine, but unauthorized parties get flagged.



The lodge is smoke-free, vape-free, and pet-free. Re-engage the pool room's splash alarm after every use, observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, and never approach wildlife — bears here can open unlocked car doors. A signed rental agreement and ID are required within 24 hours of booking.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire lodge and every amenity inside — no shared spaces, no other guests, no host on-site. Check-in is fully self-service through an electronic smart lock, no key exchange needed.
