Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snowfall, and trail conditions and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short guest registration form must be completed before check-in details are released.

Cancellation Fee: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, road conditions, wildfire smoke, travel delays, flight disruptions, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
