This luxurious home has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is truly an entertainer's paradise with multiple social zones as well as an expansive kitchen, living area and California Room. The living area has vaulted Ceilings, ample and cozy lounge seating and a large Smart TV. The California room is outfitted with plenty of lounge seating, a Smart TV and propane grill. The sizable kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and is outfitted with thoughtful essentials and small appliances perfect for an extended stay. The Master bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed and Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a beautiful large walk in shower with a built in bench and a double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as a separate bathroom with a walk in shower.
The backyard area is a private oasis with a gorgeous pool and spa with a tranquil water feature. The backyard has plenty of space for entertaining and is outfitted with loungers as well as another separate dining area.
Guests have full access to a 2 car car garage as well as another separate gated front patio area.
This home is located on a quiet street in the "all ages" portion of the Trilogy community. This gated community has 24/7 Security and club amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, resort/lap pools, spa, poker/billiards room, restaurant, art & culinary studios. Community features putting green, bocce ball court & large chess game area as well.
