This apartment is located in north Philadelphia. While we do our best to maintain a comfortable and quiet space, we cannot control the surrounding environment. We strongly encourage guests to research the area before booking, as we do not offer refunds based on neighbourhood concerns.
🚗 Parking

Street parking only — no private or reserved parking is available.
🧴 Consumables

A starter supply of toiletries and basics is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing any consumables used during their stay.
🪪 ID Requirement

Valid photo ID is required for all guests included in the reservation.
🔐 Check-In

Contactless check-in via smart lock. Your unique access code will be sent prior to arrival.
🐾 Pet Policy

Pets are welcome with the following conditions:

$125 fee per pet (maximum 2 pets)
A photo and vet records are required for each pet
Dogs permitted for long-term stays; cats for stays under 3 months only

🛋️ Linens & Air Mattresses

Extra linens and air mattresses must be requested before arrival. Please note:

Bookings of 8 or fewer: no extra linens or air mattresses provided
Bookings of 9–10: 1 air mattress provided
Bookings of 12–13: 2 air mattresses with linens provided
Additional bedding incurs an extra charge
