Location & Neighborhood

The apartment is situated in North Philadelphia. We aim to maintain a peaceful and welcoming environment for our guests; however, we cannot guarantee conditions outside the property. We encourage guests to research the neighborhood before making a reservation, as refunds cannot be issued due to dissatisfaction with the surrounding area.

Parking

Street parking is the only parking option available. There is no designated or private parking provided.

Guest Supplies

An initial supply of essentials will be provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional toiletries, food, drinks, and other consumable items needed during their stay.

Guest Identification

For verification purposes, we require identification from all individuals making a reservation.

Self Check-In

A personalized smart-lock access code will be sent to you before arrival, allowing you to check in conveniently and securely.

Pet Guidelines

Pets are subject to the following requirements:

A fee of $125 applies to each pet.
A second pet incurs an additional $125 fee.
A photo of your pet and its veterinary records must be provided.
Dogs are permitted for long-term stays.
Cats are permitted for stays shorter than three months.

Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Extra Linens & Sleeping Arrangements

Additional linens must be requested before arrival. Please note that extra bedding is not automatically supplied for sofa beds or air mattresses.

Air mattresses and linens are provided according to the number of guests included in your reservation:

Television & Living Room

The living room is the only space in the apartment equipped with a television. The couch may have been replaced following recent damage. Please contact us before booking if you would like confirmation of the current furniture arrangement.
