The bus route, grocery stores, and local restaurants are all within walking distance.

Unwind in the Great Room with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy fireplace, and smart TV. 

The chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, double ovens, and a large island — perfect for gathering. Dine indoors at the table for six or outdoors on the deck with mountain views.

We have a covered private 2 car garage that fits a large SUV. There is also a EV charger in the garage.

There is no street parking or driveway parking per HOA. There is a shuttle system nearby called High Valley Transit. Pick up is within walking distance. Please download app for times and precise pick ups.

• No smoking, vaping, pets, parties, or events (strictly enforced by HOA)

• Parking: 2 vehicles in garage; limited guest spots available. No street parking, trailers, or RVs. etc

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Must be 25+ to book with a valid Government issue Id  

• Minimum stays: 2-3 nights (off-season), 4-5  nights (peak & holidays)

• Outdoor cameras for security only
