Guests will have access to the entire property with no-stress check in upon arrival. The home is stocked with your favorite amenities: Nespresso, french press, electric kettle, toaster, Beast blender and ample kitchen tools. We’ve stocked plates, bowls, utensils and serving dishes. Along with, bath and pool towels, high end bed linens, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher soap, body soap and hair dryers.

Pool Heating + Hot Tub:

If you would like the pool or hot tub heated, we do charge a fee. Please let us know in advance if you would like this added to your reservation.

Music Ordinance:
While music can be played indoors, Outdoor Music is 100% prohibited by the city and HOA with fines starting at $1,000. This is strictly enforced throughout the desert. Any and all fines during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.


Shoes + Respectful Guests:
We take pride in our properties and we expect guests to treat our things as if they were their own. This means we ask that you please remove your shoes when indoors, use coasters, be kind to doors and window coverings. Any unreasonable wear or damage will be the responsibility of the guests. When renting for 28 days and more, a weekly cleaning will be required at the standard fee charged to guests.
