This property is managed by Vacation Rental Collective and it was the best vacation rental stay we’ve ever had. The property is new and very nicely furnished. They thought of every little thing, that many vacation rentals skip. The kitchen was well supplied, Aveda products in the bathrooms, beach towels for the hot tub, detergent pods for the washer dryer, etc, etc. Great communication before and during the rental too. Thank you!

Clean hot tub, cool views from the roof / hot tub, but privacy is not guaranteed given the proximity of neighbors' roof decks. House was in great condition and was stocked with everything we could've needed.

We traveled with two kids, 3 and 9 months, and loved how spacious the condo was! Location was also wonderful, with a walking trail right outside the front door. For some reason when we booked, we didn't realize it was a 3 story condo with the garage below, so 3 sets of larger stairs. Be sure to pack baby gates to be on the safe side!

The property was as described - great! Very nice! Very large! Well equipped with anything we could ever need. Great location. We would definitely consider staying again. Hot tub a great add! Please note it is a three story unit above the garage so if stairs are an issue, keep that in mind. BEAUTIFUL place!

50 E 6th St Silverthorne

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our favorite Summit County rental. Having lived in Summit County for years, this checks all the boxes. Fantastic location for easy hwy access, walkable coffee shops and restaurants and close to skiing. Great walks/bikes along Blue River Path. Heated dbl car garage with outlet plug for EV is huge plus. Rooftop hot tub is grand. Just be ready for lots of steps (4 floors). Only way to improve it would be to put small gas grill on kitchen level deck. You can't miss with this one.

Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was nice, not the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at, kitchen utensils were rusty and forks still had food stuck to them. Hot tub wasn’t properly filled.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 10. feb. 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re glad to hear you found the rental nice, but we’re truly sorry that cleanliness and maintenance did not meet your expectations. Rusty utensils, unclean forks, and a hot tub that wasn’t properly filled are absolutely not the standards we aim for. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and have been addressed. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know, as feedback like this helps us improve for future guests.

The host was great, all of the host provided amenities were amazing. Hot tub was a newer model had very powerful jets and most all four corners. Concrete that surrounded the hot tub had a heated surface, so there was no need to shovel. Any snow out from around the hot tub when entering an exiting. Plenty of beach towels in the upstairs bar cabinets for the hot tub was very nice touch. Fireplace puts out a little bit of heat. Kitchen was very nice. Garage downstairs had a 50 amp plug that you could use to plug in an electric vehicle if needed which was also a nice touch.

Beautiful place!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful property. We loved that this was right by the blue river, especially loved walking it after dinner. We were even able to walk to dinner and ice cream some of the nights. We loved the different living room spaces, the one on the main level and another one upstairs by the hot tub. There was room for everyone to spread out and have their own space.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful setting along the Blue River and were able to take advantage of the easy walk to dinner and ice cream. Evening strolls by the river are definitely one of our favorite things about this location as well. We're also glad the home's layout worked so well for your group. Having multiple living spaces gives everyone room to relax, gather together, or enjoy a little quiet time, and it’s great to hear that added to your experience. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to welcome you back for another mountain getaway in the future!

We spent a long weekend at the unit for a wedding in Silverthorne. The condo was in great condition and comfortable for the five of us. We enjoyed the hot tub on the upper deck in the evening. Close to the river walking trail, restaurants and stores. We would stay there again when visiting family in the area.
