The Space:

Step inside and settle into the inviting living room, where a spacious sectional and armchair gather around a smart TV—perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. A selection of board games waits nearby, ready to bring everyone together for a relaxed evening in. Just around the wall, the kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals or snacks. Brew a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig, then enjoy a casual breakfast at the counter seating for two before heading out for the day. This home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and the other with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available in the gravel lot area straight behind home. Enter through alley. Street parking is also available only where permitted.

• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front door and monitoring the front walkway as well as a partial view of the sidewalk/street, and (2) located at the back porch and monitoring a partial view of the parking area, porch, and yard.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.
