Location, location, location! Stay in a converted warehouse townhome with an open floor plan, tall ceilings, and an industrial-modern vibe. Located in a super walkable area near Downtown Raleigh and the charming Boylan Heights neighborhood, it's perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. Big windows and sun tunnels fill the space with light. You may hear the nearby train—just part of the charm of this unique, vibrant space.

Location
The home is located near Downtown Raleigh in the walkable and charming Boylan Heights neighborhood. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store are all within easy walking distance. Wye Hill, Rebus Market, Trophy Brewing & Pizza, and more!
Living Spaces
You'll enter into a spacious, open-concept living area featuring a cozy couch and TV setup, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.
• 50” Roku TV
• Large kitchen table (seats six easily)
• Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cups
• Basic spices & oils
• Coffee station with coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee grounds, and tea bags
In addition,
•Trundle twin beds that double as extra sleeping space or a comfy reading nook
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, soft pillows, and fresh linens. One bedroom also includes a desk setup that’s great for remote work.
Bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own full en-suite bathroom — one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hair dryer.
Laundry
• Washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room
• Detergent, iron, and ironing board provided
Outdoor Space
Enjoy the cozy back patio with string lights, located right along the train tracks — a unique and relaxing spot to unwind.
Infant-Friendly
We provide a Pack ’n Play to make traveling with little ones a bit easier.

Guests have full access to the home with the exception of two locked closets for personal belongings & supplies.
