Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, with popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 minutes from Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 minutes to recreational adventures at the National Whitewater Center. 30 minutes to uptown Charlotte.

On the driveway side of the house you will find a two-car carport and plenty of space for five additional cars to park.
