Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1930s cottage in Savannah’s historic district, just steps from Tennessee Street Park, Main Street, Cherry Mansion, and the local events that make this little town so special. Surrounded by period homes and within walking distance of downtown, you can hear the courthouse bells, walk to the farmers market on market days, and stroll to the park to enjoy the carousel.

Spend the day at Pickwick Lake or Shiloh National Military Park, enjoy the carousel at Tennessee Street Park, then come back to a comfortable, thoughtfully designed place to rest.
Inside, the cottage combines original character with the conveniences that make a stay easy: a newly renovated spa-style bathroom, tankless water heater, fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, Nespresso, and nugget ice maker, plus TVs in the primary bedroom, bunk room, and living room. Cotton bedding, fresh duvets, washer and dryer, and a private backyard make it easy to settle in for a weekend or stay awhile.
Outside, enjoy coffee on the cushioned seating area or unwind at the bistro table after a day out. Covered on-site parking is an especially convenient perk and rare among local rentals.
Like many older homes, the cottage has a few subtly unlevel areas that may not suit guests with significant mobility challenges. Otherwise, it is clean, well cared for, comfortable, and full of the character that makes old homes worth saving.
