Welcome to Jasmine, your private tropical escape, just steps from the sugar – white sands of Captiva Island. Nestled into a quiet, private access, palm-filled neighborhood with no stoplights and no rush, Jasmine invites you to slow down and unplug. The beach is only a half a block away and Captiva Village is just 2.5 blocks from your door - filled with restaurants that have live music.
Inside, Jasmine has been completely refreshed. Bright and brand new! This two bedroom, one and a half bath cottage duplex features two king beds and a comfortable couch for napping - perfect for families or couples. The full kitchen is equipped for everything from sunrise coffee to sunset dinners. It includes an ice maker in the refrigerator for beach days and evening cocktails. Jasmine has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, games, and thoughtful touches that make it feel like home.
Step onto the deck with your morning coffee as the palm trees sway in the breeze, or grab your included, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach cart and head out for a sunset you’ll never forget. Evenings are quiet and peaceful – whether it's candlelight dinners, board games, or walks on the beach, connecting here on the island means disconnecting from the world.
Surrounded by lush tropical greenery, and paired with exclusive access to Island Girl Concierge, your stay can be as relaxed or as adventurous as you choose – from golf cart rentals and grocery delivery, to kayaking, sailing, fishing, water sports, and private chefs. Spacious and relaxing: Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks outside overlooking the tropical vegetation and beautiful palm trees!
Front yard:
Fun in the sun (and shade!): Play a round of mini golf under the tall palm trees! Friends and family can BBQ and relax in chairs while they talk, watch, laugh, and judge each other's skill.
Under the duplex:
Beach chairs and cart. Shibumi (shade canopy) stored inside duplex closet. Walk 2 minutes to the beach and set up camp!

Originally from the Northeast and most recently relocated from St. Louis, I washed up on this island three years ago and – like a proper cast away – officially claimed it as my island this year. When I’m not on a boat, a beach or riding my Harley, I have an addiction to renovating older properties and then decorating them. My wife and I enjoy the sincerely positive feedback from our guests about their memory making vacations. Nothing makes us happier than helping others fall in love with this slice of paradise the way we did.

Jasmine is tucked into one of those rare island neighborhoods that no one really knows about. No stoplights, no rush, no noise – just swaying palms trees, and pure peacefulness. The air smells of salt, sunscreen, and fresh coffee drifting from nearby porches. Neighbors wave from bicycles and golf carts, so it's very welcoming. It's simply a beautiful, quiet street! You’re just steps from the Gulf and an easy stroll to Captiva Village - it's in a convenient spot where you're able to get to everything important easily. Jasmine sits a half a block from the beach, 2.5 blocks to the village and just a bit more than a block away from the famous Bubble Room. For larger groups you might consider staying in both sides of the duplex, Jasmine and Pearl.

It's quiet and peaceful. You’ll arrive with plans and leave with a tan and a smile! Jasmine doesn’t just host you – she'll convince you to slow down, rewire your priorities, and remind you that emails really can wait until tomorrow.
