Perfect location!

This is a beautiful condo, in a perfect location, away from all the craziness in Tamarindo. It’s a great place to relax and unwind after a day out, or just to chill there for a day.

Everything was good and problem with washroom and shower was dealt with

Nice place I will recommend to friends and family. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Awesome and perfect

Our 2 adults children and us really enjoyed our stay here. We felt safe, easy check in, Britt coffee shop next door in the Marina, very clean, has all you would need in a VRBO. Enjoyed the view from the condo to the beach. We were able to walk to marina for a boat excursion, ice cream, shop in shops on the marina, walk to restaurants, Coco Loco, Playa Flamingo. So much fun and quiet. Recommend this VRBO highly. Also you park your car right in front of condo. NICE. We walked to many places.

The stay was nice. It said it had a dishwasher but did not. The primary bedroom closet was locked so we could not use it and had to leave our suitcases on the floor in the room. The beach was pretty rocky and the water was rough, so not great for swimming but good for finding different critters and shells.

Wonderful View, steps to the beach, large 3 bedroom

The condo is great! There are a few things the owner could have done to make it a better experience for renters - the master bedroom closet was locked (not labeled as locked) but they did not provide anywhere for us to hang up clothes in the master bedroom. The master bathroom shower had an extra shelf unit in it - which was good in theory - but it was not secured and it tipped over easily which could be a hazard to some renters. Having the beach so close was wonderful - but we brought in some sand on our feet - and there was no vacuum available to use. Just a few minor things that could make a stay more comfortable - but the unit was great with lots of kitchen tools to enjoy cooking and relaxing. Thank you!!!

Very nice!

Stayed Christmas to New Years 2024. The condo and grounds are very nice. The write up and pics are accurate. Five Star Property Management were good. Some beach chairs would be a nice addition: all that’s there are beach towels and a mid-sized cooler. Restaurants: Very good: Coco Loco’s, Angelinos, Surf Box and Oceana; good: Pleamar, Beach House, JPs. Super Massai is a good grocery store (Merkdo is OK), and they have nice beach chairs for sale for 93. You can snorkel off the beach in front of the condo; there’s some fish in the rocks to the west, but not great. We did a snorkel trip with Panache Sailing: fun trip on a nice catamaran, but the snorkeling was not great…it’s the Pacific. Playing in the waves in front of the condo is fun, but rocky, so watch getting in and out. The beach has several places of nice shade from trees, but a few of the public park next to the condos and often grab the shade. Flamingo Beach is a zoo; we rented a canopy and chairs one day, and had a good time, especially playing in the waves, but be prepared for lots of people, boom boxes and yappy dogs.
