Our 2 bedrooms + loft, 1 bath home sleeps up to 8 comfortably with 2 queen size bedrooms, full size bed upstairs and a queen sofa bed on the ground floor.
After a long day at the beach or a fun day on the golf courses - Enjoy a relaxing soak in the four person hot tub or cool off in our upgraded pool! Lit with string lights behind a privacy fence and shade sail over the hot tub makes a perfect setting. This home has a large fire pit area with six Adirondack chairs for you to sit by listening to the sound of nature, gazing at the star filled sky, and of course roasting hot dogs and smores! We also offer an unbelievable experience of watching an outdoor movie of your choice cuddled up underneath the stars! This is a great place to make memories with your loved ones. You’ll want to keep coming back year after year!

Want to kick back and watch Netflix? While we do not offer cable, each tv has Roku for watching all of your Netflix guilty pleasures. We provide access to Disney+ and Hulu but you are also welcome to access any other streaming services to which you are subscribed. This includes the outdoor movie projector.
If you want to " work from home" we have got you cover with our 1,000mbps internet service. Or, you might just completely disconnect while enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch.
We are surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurant's to choose from. However if you want to stay home and cook, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials you would need.

You have access to the hot tub/pool/ movie theater. It is all private and only used by you.
Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking is allowed on this property
Please make sure after using the projector to put it back inside as it is not waterproof and the nighttime humidity will ruin the unit.
Absolutely. No parties, no social gatherings of more than 10 people. Loud music is not allowed as we have neighbors where we want respect for everyone around us.
There's only enough space to park 3 cars in the driveway. You are not allowed to park in the roadway as the house does have a shared driveway. (There are signs detailing this)
***Please note that we live in a hot and humid beach region and Palmetto bugs are extremely common along with several other bugs despite vigilant maintenance- it's not grounds for a refund. We do undergo a quarterly pest control but unfortunately, they do make their way inside on occasion, especially in the summer or after it rains. But this is normal and as you can see, we do keep our home extremely clean but in the south these things do just happen from time to time.
TRASH- trash pick-up is Wednesday morning. Depending on when you stay there may be a large amount of trash in trash can outside. We swing by Tuesday night to place next to driveway or sometimes we will place next to road on Monday. Trash is out of our control- some guests use more than others, but regardless, it will be kept off to the side (tidy) until it can be placed at the road.
