No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. Bringing a pet onto the property may result in a fine and additional charges.

Accessibility
This is a single-story property, but the main entrance is located on the second floor and requires stairs to access.

Exterior Security Cameras
For your safety, there are two exterior security cameras on the property. One camera is located under the house facing the driveway, and the other is on the front porch facing the porch access. These cameras do not monitor any interior spaces and are motion-activated but do not record video or sound while guests are in residence.

Gas Fire Pit
A gas fire pit is available for guest use for an additional $20 per stay, which covers propane usage.
