Bright 2BR cottage in the gated Beach Dreams resort with a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, arcade, and pickleball. Includes beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels), central A/C, fast WiFi, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Quick 5-min drive to Wells Beach and close to Ogunquit. Perfect for families, couples, and relaxing coastal getaways.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ceiling fan, soft linens, bright windows — a peaceful spot to recharge.
Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, ceiling fan — perfect for kids or friends.
Living Room: Comfortable sofa, smart TV, and space to relax.
Full Bathroom: Tub/shower, fresh towels, toiletries, and light, airy finishes.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen, cookware, dishware, Keurig, dishwasher, and seating for four — great for family meals.
Three-Season Porch: A cozy indoor-outdoor retreat for morning coffee or evening wind-down.
Outdoor Gear Provided: Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, plus a gas grill and picnic table — everything you need for summer days.
Comfort: Central A/C & heat, in-unit washer/dryer, fast WiFi.
Guests enjoy full access to the Beach Dreams resort amenities:

The cottage is located toward the back of the community. It’s a short walk to the courts and just a bit farther to the main clubhouse pool, where all guests swim. A foldable wagon is provided to make the walk easy for families.
To help maintain a peaceful, welcoming experience for all residents and guests of the Beach Dreams community, we ask each booking party to:
Provide the make, model, color and license plate(s) of any vehicle(s) bringing to the property.
Review and sign the Community Rules & Regulations Form (covering parking, quiet hours, and other communal guidelines) before check-in.
This helps us keep everything running smoothly—your parking spot ready, neighborhood happy, and your stay stress-free. We’ll send the form after booking; the form is short and quick to complete.
