Overall a good stay. AC could have been colder and the place could have been cleaner. Pool was lacking.

The property was perfect for our stay. Having the pets was extremely welcoming. Very close to Dollywood, quiet location.

Communication is un-matched from the second we booked the host reached out with info and kept communicating with us on a regular even suggested places to eat and do near by. We l9ved the convenience of where the townhouse was located, everything was very close by. Would highly recommend .

This property was absolutely filthy. Mold and dust everywhere nails sticking up from the floor, dirt and fur clumps everywhere. The upstairs lights didn’t work, the lock wouldn’t open on the front door. We didn’t stay there because it was unsafe with how dirty it was and they would not refund my money until i threatened to file a chargeback on my credit care. If I could give this no stars I would. Absolutely filthy, do not stay here

The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Great location. Easy access to Dollywood and town. There was concerns of what looked like black mold on the ceiling around air condition registers. The dishwasher did not function properly. Electrical covers were loose on wall. Overall the room was dated compared to pictures. Lacking kitchen items. Did not have baking sheet.

We did enjoy our stay, but it wasn’t cleaned sufficiently before we came. The kitchen floor was very sticky, and the inside of the dishwasher was a mess and the refrigerator didn’t seem very cold. Also there is no fan downstairs, so it’s stuffy and not very comfortable for the two that slept down there.

After booking the condo, I was notified that all condos do not look like the pictures on the website. I book a location that has hard floors, no carpeting. Especially when they allow pets. The first thing we noticed was the carpet and the second thing was a pet odor by the fireplace. The carpet did not seem to be clean. We kept our shoes on.There was a cabinet front where the sink was, and the front was falling off. The table was a picnic table we’re just not as comfortable for older adults. The second bedroom was as expected, but the master the bed was so high I needed help to get into the bed. Once you’re in the bed, you just fall into it like there’s a big hole, very poor mattress. Everywhere in the house, the floor creaked very loudly. They were so loud that when you got up to go to the restroom the other person in the room woke up. You knew when anyone in the house was awake as you could hear them walking from the noise. It was extremely hot upstairs and you can’t adjust the temperature lower than 70. The entire weekend was very uncomfortable. We spent all of our time away except for sleeping. It was so drab and dark. Nothing like the pictures.

Great place for a quick trip. My kids loved having access to the community pool to cool down. The rooms were all spacious and beds were comfortable. We had a small issue with the door lock but the problem was quickly addressed and fixed. The rental company’s call center was very professional and willing to help right away. We would definitely consider this place again for future visits!
