Tucked away on a serene, one-acre flat lot, this beautifully updated mountain retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and adventure for your next family vacation.

The main house has a welcoming open living room with an electric fireplace and flat screen smart TV. The dining area in the living room has a table and four chairs. To the left, you have two bedrooms with a shared bathroom with step-in shower. One bedroom has a king bed and smart TV, while the other has a queen bed. Both bedrooms include baseboard heaters for extra comfort during the winter months. Across the living room is the primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and step-in shower. With the barn door closet and flat screen smart TV, this is the perfect primary bedroom.
The kitchen is fully stocked with bar seating to look out into the backyard. When entering the mud room, you have access to the single garage. The loft is also accessed from the mudroom and has three twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub.

Step outside to enjoy expansive decks on both sides of the main house or relax on the guest house's deck, surrounded by nature and frequent visits from local wildlife.

The guest house is equipped with a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, and Keurig coffeemaker. In the main area, there is a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a living area with a flatscreen smart TV and a dining table that seats four. With major closet space and a workshop attached, it's a perfect getaway.

LOCATION: Double Pines Escape is 9 minutes (3.3 miles) from the ski base area, and 4 minutes (0.9 miles) from the Angel Fire Resort Country Club.
PARKING: The driveway will easily accommodate 4 vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
