Hi Russell, I’m glad you all enjoyed your stay. We have country WiFi and the only way to get a better signal since we’re on the lake is to remove the two large oak trees in the front yard. We chose to keep the trees and enjoy the hot summer months in the shade. We also added the downstairs area to accommodate more people and beds and create a living room space. We felt this was a good idea in the overall remodel, when we bought it. In the welcome binder it shows the massive overhaul we created and rebuilt the home from the ground up. Before that, it was a large garage and not accessible to guests because there weren’t steps leading down there. This design also gave us the option to have quicker access to the lake, otherwise walking out the front door would’ve been the only option. We do not typically provide soap, as everyone has different preferences and typically prefer to bring their own (I apologize, I didn’t realize this was a need of yours prior to staying, I would have been responsive in helping you all out if you needed anything). I will discuss the grill not being clean with my cleaning staff, and get that addressed. Thank you again for staying with us.
