If the beds are comfortable, then I can sleep just about anywhere. Yes, the beds were great! Enjoyed having a short walk to the beach. The view was picture perfect. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony and the beautiful sunrise. Communication with our host was excellent.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Communication was great. The check-in process was a bit confusing. It says to pick up the keys from the lock box at 77th Street then go to the first floor to register and pick up the parking pass. After wandering around the first floor at the 77th street location, someone informed me that this happens all the time and the first floor was at the Pyramid. Aside from that, no issues. Was very nostalgic staying at the Pyramid as my family used to have a condo there until the 1990's.

Perfect location with amazing views. Check in was easy and explained well. Only downfall was no Internet for our stay which made watching any tv impossible as Internet was needed to use the apps to watch. Small children do like to watch tv on occasions. But as always we enjoyed the beach!

•great balcony furniture •great furniture in the unit Cons:•no mirror in the unit except the bathroom vanity.•kitchen tools/pots and pans need to be replaced…as well as kitchen drawers need to be cleaned.Poor lighting in 2nd bedroom.•sliding door to balcony would go off the track occasionally when opening or closing

Check-in was brutal, the property has the absolute worst entrance ever. This isn’t on the owner though. Beds are hard and can feel every spring. The shower seemed to have black mold on the ceiling. Master bedroom seemed to lack airflow compared to the rest of the unit. I’d say about a 10 swing. Ceiling fan sounds like it’s gonna fall off the ceiling as well. Dust on the ceiling. Now the good: everything worked as expected.

First I would like to say the owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. The unit gave beautiful ocean views and was wonderful to sit out and watch the sun rise in the morning. Easy walk to pool and beach and nearby restaurants. Now the not so nice things. The unit was extremely outdated and dirty. Dust everywhere. The floor hasn't had a good cleaning in a long time. The whole floor was sticky and dirty. We had to get slippers because our socks were black from the dirt. None of the doors closed correctly and the front door is ridiculously heavy! The couch felt like there was sand all over it with noticeable stains. The decorative pillows look filthy brown. 1 tiny little skilletto cook with for the entire unit. Bathrooms were dirty. Beds frames in the 2nd bedroom with the 2 double beds were both broken. Owner has been made aware of all issues so hopefully they fix these for future renters. The building itself is under an HOA so the pool rules are ridiculous. You cant have any drinks or any kind of food or snacks. It all depends on who is watching the pool area what you can get away with. Our in laws stayed in another unit and theirs was so nice and clean, which just added to our frustration.

The best thing about this 7K is the location and amenities (pool, parking, beach access). Cleanliness was our primary issue, however we were accommodated with an early check-in. The lint trap in the dryer had not been cleaned for several cycles; the dishes were not cleaned, and the in-unit vacuum did not work. On the plus side, the kitchen was well-equipped and the linens were clean.

Great location! Easy beach access and ample parking. Property matched description. It was clean. Could use some kitchen towels, another skillet for the kitchen and a bigger coffee pot. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The property itself was pretty great - clean, beach view, good amount of space. The beds weren't the most comfortable but that's my only gripe.The check in was a mess. I was told to go to Long and Foster on 77th St. to pick up the keys. The building was closed at 7 PM but the keys and pool passes were in a lock bix and we had the code.When I got to the pyramid I filled out a late arrival and was told I needed to have a parking pass on my car by 10 AM. I was there for a conference so I couldn't pick up the parking pass before noon. When I told this to the person at the front desk at the pyramid. I was told that the permit needed to be on the cars by 10 AM. I reached back out to the office which was communicative and they offered to put the parking passes on my car the next morning. They ended up putting passes on for the wrong property, but we got it straightened out pretty quickly.When we got up to the room, neither of the keys worked, and there was a keypad. The passcode was the last four digits of my phone number. I have no idea what the keys we picked up go to; I don't know why we needed to go to Long and foster on 77th St. and pick anything up -- or why the parking passes weren't with thr keys. My suggestion to the host would be to just provide the touchpad passcode -- we didn't even know that existed until we saw it and then called to get that figured out -- and leave everything in the room itself.I recommend the property but the check-in could be smoother !
