The Space:

Welcome to our amazing house in the heart of Belgrano. This home features six bedrooms and three full baths to comfortably accommodate large groups or large families. In addition, it has a spacious living room and dining room with a double-height grill, perfect for enjoying delicious barbecues in the company of your loved ones.



The house also has a beautiful patio with a pool, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and has air conditioning in all rooms to ensure the comfort of our guests at all times.



In addition, our accommodation has a separate laundry room and high-speed high-speed internet access so you can work or stay connected at all times. We also have two sofa beds to accommodate additional guests if necessary. The house has 250 covered sqm plus 50 sqm for patios.

Guest Access:

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.



Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Belgrano is a residential and commercial neighborhood located in the north of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is known for its wide tree-lined avenues, beautiful parks and gardens, and for its historic buildings of French and colonial architecture. It offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as museums and art galleries, such as the Enrique Larreta Museum of Spanish Art and the Sarmiento Museum. It also has green spaces such as the City Park, the Barrancas de Belgrano Park and the Buenos Aires Botanical Garden, perfect for a picnic or a walk in nature.



Getting Around:

Belgrano offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
