Great spot on the water.

Great place on the water. Accurately described. Close to restaurants and activities but not in the middle of spring breakers.

Great location and area. Unit needs some more work and wasn’t up to my satisfaction. Office management was very responsive and punctual.

Condo was not very clean

The property overall was very nice and a great location on the no drive section of the beach. The condo we stayed in was 509 and it was advertised as not pets allowed. The owners of 509 do have dogs and there was hair all over the condo. We cleaned and vacuumed the whole condo and wiped down the surfaces. I sent the manager a email not expecting an answer until tomorrow but Cate replied back to me very quickly and refunded some of the cleaning fee and sent a cleaning crew up the next day. After that the only other problem was the dumpster. The Garbage chute is about 10 feet from the front door and one night it smelled pretty bad. the next day the smell was still there but it wasn't as strong. The upside is it was a very quite stay and no parties went on and it was a very family friendly stay.

This was a great place to stay. We had a family of 4 and it was the perfect size for us. We were very comfortable and the place was very nice and clean. The whole complex was very nice and it was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great and we enjoyed playing shuffle board. They also have a great set up to have our small dog with us. They made the check out process very simple. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower and sink, but not much they can do with that. Not a deal breaker, we would definitely stay there again. We did call the management company about the very rusty patio furniture on the balcony that 2 of the chairs did give out on my daughters (no one was hurt, just the saltwater air doing its damage). Hopefully, this has been replaced.To the homeowner: Thank you for a very enjoyable stay for our vacation.

Don’t be fooled by the vintage look of the outside of the establishment-this condo was very up to date, well stocked, and clean. Pool, grounds, and the beach -all kept clean. Love the fact that it’s a quiet place, and when young adults got carried away around 11:30-itwas addressed the next day. Size of condo is perfect for seniors, a couple, or a family with young children. Absolutely love the fact that this place is a hidden gem- elevators work, and there was rarely a wait. Suggesting to bring your own pillows, and beach towels. While we didn’t need them, my husband reported the rusted through patio chairs, so hopefully those will be replaced. Couch was pretty uncomfortable, but with the plethora of pillows- we made it work! We will definitely be back again.
