Only guests listed on the reservation or pre-approved, will have access to the apartment, and all complex amenities.

If you plan to invite visitors during your stay, please ensure they are pre-approved and officially added to your reservation in advance. The building staff can then smoothly facilitate their entry. Please note that you may have at most up to two approved outside visitors at any given time.

Additionally, overnight guests are limited to a maximum of five persons within the apartment at any one time.

We respectfully emphasize that this policy is strictly enforced. Violations will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $1000 fine.

At Hyatus, we offer guests the full experience of a luxury residential community, where most residents live full-time. To maintain the building’s serene atmosphere, we kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors by adhering to our noise policy. Excessive noise, loud music, and large gatherings are prohibited at all times.

Due to our thorough cleaning and sanitizing processes, apartments are typically not ready before the standard check-in time. However, we often can offer early access to your parking spot. If you require early check-in, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Within 24 Hours of Booking: Free cancellation, minus a 3% credit card processing fee.
• More Than 5 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged upon cancellation.
• Less Than 5 Days Before Arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged upon cancellation.

This Hyatus apartment is located in a quiet residential community. We’re committed to being great neighbors, and we strictly enforce these rules to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests and community.

1) We ask that you carefully review our courtyard and common area rules: A) The courtyard and other amenities are limited to Hyatus guests in your party and at most 2 outside visitors unless granted explicit prior approval B) Courtyard hours are strictly enforced and are from 8 AM to 11 PM C) While guests are welcome to enjoy the courtyard and amenities, guests cannot host events for outside visitors or any event with more than four people. Building rules are strictly enforced by on-site staff.

2) Smoking of any kind is not allowed, including on balconies and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $500 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Our building is monitored with tobacco and smoke detectors.
