Set on a point lot extending into Lake Sinclair, this waterfront retreat is defined by open water in multiple directions and the steady rhythm of the lake just beyond the shoreline. From the first morning coffee to the final evening by the fire pit, the water remains the backdrop to nearly every moment of the stay.
Boating naturally becomes part of the day. Launch from the nearby ramp, tie up at the private dock, and spend the afternoon exploring Lake Sinclair’s long open channels, quiet coves, and shoreline parks. Oconee Springs Park sits just across the water, offering a sandy beach, lakeside store, and additional places to stop while out on the lake.
Kayaks rest near the dock for slower exploration when the lake is calm, while afternoons shift easily between the water, the lawn, and nearby pickleball courts. The broad water surrounding the property keeps views open throughout the day, making the point location feel connected to the entire lake.
Inside, the home is arranged for relaxed lake living with comfortable gathering spaces that connect naturally to outdoor areas. Bedrooms are positioned to provide restful privacy while shared spaces encourage time together after full days on the water.
As evening settles, the shoreline fire pit becomes the center of the property. Dock lights begin to reflect across the water, boats return for the night, and the lake transitions back to stillness.

NO parking off the street or in the grass/pinestraw
No fireworks on the property
No events, parties, gatherings of more than 8 guests total at ANYTIME on property.
NO smoking anything in the house.

We do monitor our house with our outside ring cameras.

Guests are required to sign an off-platform rental agreement, which includes a copy of the county ordinance. You must be able to present the signed agreement and ordinance to any county officer upon request.

You will be asked to leave with no refund if our house rules are not kept.
