Guest Registration & Occupancy:
▪ Only registered guests who are on the original booking and/or rental agreement are permitted on the property. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on site at any time. All guests aged 18-65 must be added to the reservation and/or rental agreement with verified ID and a profile photo that clearly shows their face. To add additional guests to the reservation, please send them an “invite” for them to accept and to complete registration. Entry to the property will be denied until every guest is properly registered.
▪ Occupancy is capped at 8 people maximum. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation and/or rental agreement. Please do not bring friends or family members whose names are not listed on the reservation and/or lease. Any violations of guest limits will result in an additional fee of $100 per person/per day beyond 8 guests. Exterior security cameras are in use, and violations will be enforced.

▪ Guests must add pets to their reservation and pay the pet fee prior to arrival. Failure to disclose pets may result in forfeiture of stay with no refund.
▪ Pet Fee: $150 per pet for stays under 30 days | $250 per pet for stays over 30 days.
▪ Pet fee is non-refundable. This fee helps our cleaning team maintain a fresh and spotless home for every guest.
▪ Pets must be fully house trained
▪ Pets must be crated when left unsupervised in the property
▪ Pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds, couches, chairs, or tables) or provided linens (including comforters, blankets, sheets, or pillows)
▪ Guests are responsible for cleaning and disposing of all pet waste both inside and outside the home
▪ Failure to follow pet policies may result in an additional $150 cleaning fee

Safety & Security:
▪ Exterior security cameras actively record video and audio 24/7 at the front door, garage, and backyard for the safety of both guests and the property
▪ Cameras are not constantly monitored unless there is excessive activity
▪ There are NO interior cameras—your privacy is completely protected inside the home
▪ Disabling, obstructing, or interfering with security cameras will result in immediate reservation termination and a $250 penalty

No Smoking:
▪ Strict no-smoking policy indoors (including no vaping or e-cigarettes)
▪ Any signs of indoor smoking will result in a $250 fine plus cleaning and repair costs, including but not limited to air treatment, flooring cleaning, stain removal, and/or wall scrubbing

Quiet Hours:
▪ Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM
▪ Please be mindful of noise levels and respectful to our neighbors
▪ Social gatherings, functions, events, and parties are strictly prohibited on the property
