The Yellow House is located on Montée Sainte-Thérèse, in a quiet and convenient neighborhood of Prévost. It offers quick access to the highway, perfect for workers who need to commute easily. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate that the Piste du P'tit train du Nord is just 3 km away, allowing for active summer days without long travel. Essential shops and services are also nearby, combining comfort and everyday convenience.

It is recommended to have a car to get around the Laurentians and visit the nearby villages from the chalet.
In both winter and summer, access is easy for all types of vehicles.

👥 Occupancy & Pricing
The base rate includes up to 4 guests (ages 2+).
An additional fee of $20 per person, per night applies for each guest beyond this number (minimum 2 nights per additional guest, even if staying only one night).
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

➡️ Undeclared guests constitute a violation of the house rules and will result in additional charges and/or penalties.

🔥 Hot Tub – Accessible and operational year-round.

🏊 Pool – Available from June 15 to September 15, or when nighttime temperatures remain above 10 °C (50 °F).

🍖 BBQ – During the cold season, if present on the terrace, guests are responsible for clearing snow, cleaning the grates, and refilling the propane tank if needed (no winter maintenance provided).

🔥 Campfire – Available during the summer season only, when the designated black steel fire pit with grills is installed.

🐶 Pets – Not permitted, no exception.

🕔 Check-in / Check-out – Check-in from 5:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM. No Saturday arrivals or departures (exceptions may be possible upon request).

🧼 Supplies – We provide soaps for cleaning, dishwashing, and hands, as well as two coffee makers, filters, and a grinder. Please bring your own body/hair soap and coffee (ground or beans).

📹 Cameras – the cameras that are inside are not connected. There are no other cameras around the hosue.

📝 Pre-registration – Mandatory with ID to help prevent fraud. Provides access to the Virtual Chalet Guide.

💳 Security Deposit – A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival and released after inspection of the property.
