The Home:
Walk into a clean and comfortable home for your stay away. The living room features a giant Roku TV and plenty of room for everyone to cozy up on the sectional. The dining table seats 6, with four more seats at the kitchen island. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and whip up your favorite meals or snacks. A storage closet for extra items, beach hooks, and a half bath round out the main living space.

There are two queen bedrooms, one on the first floor with en suite bathroom, and one on the second floor. A bunk room is ready for the kids with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds. The upstairs master has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, plenty of extra room for air mattresses or a pack and play, and a balcony where you can feel the gulf breeze and glimpse the ocean.

Outside you will find a private salt water pool, shaded table for 4, gas grill, and outdoor shower. Parking for 4 cars in the driveway.

Other things to note:
Pool: The pool can be heated during your stay for an extra fee of $50/day, which can be added up to 48 hours before your arrival. Let us know if you would like to heat the pool!

We have a beach wagon and beach towels included for your enjoyment! Beach umbrellas and chairs can be rented for daily set up from local businesses.

Pets: We also allow small pets (<40lbs) for an extra fee of $150 per pet per stay. Limit 2 pets.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, or on the porches or patios.

Minimum age: Must be 25+ to book.
