Stylish, minimalist interior with Scandinavian mid-century design. Chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances. Central location for visiting both LA & Orange Counties. +/- 30 min to Disneyland, 40 min to Universal, 40 min to LAX, 20 min to ONT. Pool heating for a fee; spa heating included.
Home Details:
This charming 1,450 sq ft mid-century home, built in 1962, offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout provides a nice flow of space with plenty of natural light. The backyard faces south, east, and north, ensuring sunlight throughout the day.
Hot Tub/Pool:
Our newly renovated hot tub comfortably seats 4 adults, and heating is complimentary up to 6 hours/ day. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, perfect for cooler days or evening swims.
Parking:
Ample street parking is available directly in front and on the side of the house. Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, parking is safe and easy.
Entertainment:
Enjoy Smart TVs in the living room, family room, and master bedroom, with access to Sling (Orange & Blue), Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and more.
Kitchen:
Our fully stocked kitchen offers non-stick, stainless steel, and cast iron cookware, along with a Keurig machine (starter pods, creamer, and sweetener provided), drip coffee maker, French press, and a selection of teas. You’ll find all the essential kitchen utensils, plus olive oil, avocado oil, and salt and pepper for your culinary needs.

The outdoor area features a dining table for 8, two chaise lounges, a gas BBQ grill, and patio umbrellas. The patio and backyard are accessible from the family room, kitchen, and master bathroom, making it perfect for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Guest access
You will have private access to the entire property with exception of the garage and storage closets.
Check-Out Instructions
For a smooth check-out, please close up all exterior umbrellas, gather the towels, load the dishwasher, take out the trash to the dumpster, and make sure all doors and window are closed and locked.
Security/Cameras
For your safety and security, there are 2 exterior cameras: a Ring doorbell at the front door and a street-facing camera at the back gate. These are motion-activated and record both audio and video.
Fireplace
Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and not functional.
Wheelchair Accessibility
Our home may not be accessible for most wheelchairs due to narrow hallways and bedroom/bathroom doorways (less than 28" wide). Please reach out if you have specific accessibility needs, and we’ll gladly provide more details.
Train Noise
The LA Metrolink passes through the neighborhood, and you may hear the occasional train horn.
Maintenance Schedule
Gardeners are on site Wednesdays from 8 AM to noon. Pool maintenance occurs on Friday mornings. Monthly pest control may also take place—if access is needed, we’ll inform you in advance.
