Beach Front Condo på Strand, South Beach, Tybee Island, Georgien

Vores Condo er på den sydlige ende af Tybee så tæt på stranden, som du kan køre hjem til badeværelse pauser. Stranden er lige der for dig at nyde bygge sandslotte, svømning, bodysurfing, solbadning og afslappende. Hvis det er for varmt eller blæsende på stranden, sidde på verandaen og nyde havudsigten-også godt, hvis du får solskoldet fra sidder for længe. Udsigten fra dækket vil gøre det svært at forlade, men inde vi har et pænt udpegede 2 soveværelse 2 bad Condo for dig at nyde. Du kan altid ordre tage ud fra de restauranter, der er så tæt du bare nødt til at gå til at afhente ordren.
Vores Condo er på Strand tæt på restauranter og barer ud til stranden. Fannys på stranden er ved siden af, de har coverbands i weekenderne i sæsonen. Der er restauranter og barer på Strand og rundt om hjørnet på Tybrisa. Når du ankommer, og parkere din bil, er der ingen grund til at komme tilbage i det, indtil du er klar til at forlade øen. Du kan gå eller cykle overalt!

Family Spring Break on Tybee

We had a wonderful spring break on Tybee! The condo was perfect for our family…beautiful views, close to the beach and was stocked anything and everything we could have possibly needed on our trip! Excellent communication, would definitely recommend!

Amazing Condo

This condo is everything we hoped for and more. Convenient access to shopping and dining, and you can't get any closer to the beach. The condo includes private covered parking and is close enough to walk most of the town. The owners were incredibly kind and only a quick text away if needed.

Perfect location

We visited Tybee for the Critz Tybee Run festival and wanted to stay near the start line. It was the perfect location for the race! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Mary was so welcoming and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo is in exceptional condition. The view is amazing and everything you could need is within walking distance.The property owners are wonderful. Mary met us to introduce us to the condo and Tybee. She was great!I can’t imagine a better place to stay on Tybee.

Excellent Beach Front Property

We were very pleased with this property and owners. Paul and Mary greeted us at the condo as we arrived. They gave us great ideas of places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean waves and watching the sun rise from our balcony. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We will definitely rent there again on any future trips to Tybee Island.

Wonderful Time

Our week on Tybee Island was wonderful. We could not have asked for better accommodations. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We were on the third foolr overlooking the ocean. The condo was well stocked with everything we might need to make our stay stress free. Paul and Mary, the managers were awesome.

Another amazing week!!

This was our second time staying here and we cannot wait to come back! Unfortunately it will be a couple of years at least :( I will recommend this place to anyone who asks. The owners are so welcoming and helpful, the condo is a wonderful location close to the beach and many food places on the south end. I never give perfect reviews because none of us are perfect but if this place wasn't "perfect", why would we want to come back?! Thank you for another fantastic Tybee week!!

Perfect vacation rental

We are on year 3 of this rental and always enjoy every part of it. The condo is well stocked, clean, and steps from the beach. The under garage shower is a lifesaver when vacationing with kids. The location is convenient and just a few minutes walk from the pier and all the shops and food you need. Mary and Paul make check in easy and painless.

Gem by the beach

Mary was very nice and let us in early and went through everything with us. They have everything you need all right there. Food places we walked to were all good. Thank you for having night lights! The stairs were the only negative part.

Amazing location!

We had the best experience! My daughter and I visit Tybee annually and I can say this was the best! Not only was the location ideal, the hospitality we recieved from Lauren was the BEST!! She not only met us to welcome us, also shared some resteraunt recommendations and text to let me know the SCAD sang art festival was happening and that we should check it out! We will definitely be booking this again!

Beautiful Location

Our group of four ladies were very pleased with this property for our "Girls Get-Away" this past week. The location was amazing, being right across the road from the South Beach as well as next door to Fannies Restaurant where we enjoyed great meals and service. And just a block away from the pier and downtown shops and restaurants. The only downfall may have been the two stories of steps that we had to use to get to the condo, but we aren't spring chickens anymore! Our views from the lanai we spectacular, watching the sun come up each morning. And seeing AND hearing the waves crashing on the shore was so relaxing! However, the open design of the lanai area, where your neighbors have to walk by in full view of you while you're sitting on the lanai, may be bothersome for some who want privacy. The condo is very homey and comfortable. It was well stocked with about everything you might need. Nothing "fussy" or so ornate or fancy that you worried about it. Nice new appliances, including the W&D. Comfortable beds with lovely bedding. If you have one vehicle to park in garage under the unit, you'll have no problem unless you drive a large vehicle. Tybee is fun!

Location is in the center of all the Tybee action and the beach could not be closer. We arrived really late and the surprise welcome beer in the fridge was perfect! Loved the area and would stay here again.

We bought this condo because of its great location so close to the beach at the South End of Tybee. We live on Tybee full time and wanted an extra place just for rentals, and overflow when our family visits! We have many wonderful summer memories spent at the beach and want to provide a place for you to make your own memories. Tybee is a special place and we want to share it with you.

We like the South end of Tybee because it is close to the beach, Back River, and you can walk/bike where ever you want to go. You are so close to the beach that it is easy to run home for bathroom breaks. Or if it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view. This condo is on the Strand close to restaurants and bars in addition to the beach. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands during the summer on the weekends. There are restaurants and bars on the strand and around the corner on Tybrisa.
This is our second condo in the area, around the corner on 17th Street, we have '101 Steps to the Beach, Sun, Sand, and Body Surfing Waves.' We purchased that condo in 2010 and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of the guests that have chosen to stay with us. We provide the same type of Tybee experience for you, only this new condo has a better view and is closer to the Tybee nightlife! Thank you for considering to stay in our condo, please contact us for more information, and we hope you chose to stay in one of our condos.

Tybee Island is a wonderful place to sit on the beach, swim in the ocean, build sandcastles, bike, walk on the beach, kayak to uninhabited islands, fish, bird watch and unwind on Tybee time. We set the condo up as a place we would want to stay and are proud to have our family and friends vacation in it. We hope you enjoy staying there, too!
