Welcome to "The Heritage House" - a newly renovated 1927 home in the historic Duckpond district - steps from Downtown and close to both the University of Florida and Shands Medical Center.
Thoughtfully curated with a nod to its storied past, this home pairs timeless character with the comfort and ease today’s traveler expects. Every detail has been intentionally crafted to offer an elevated and welcoming stay.

Step inside to a warm, bright interior with tall ceilings, original hardwood floors, and modern updates that add comfort in balance with the home’s character, the home features:
Primary Bedroom
• 1 x King bed with hotel-quality linens
• Abundant natural light
• Easy access to adjacent main bathroom
Second Bedroom
• 1 x Queen bed with hotel-quality linens
• Desktop workstation
• Private en-suite bathroom with shower
Third Bedroom
• Bunk Bed w/ 1 x full and 1 x twin, both w/ hotel-quality linens
• Windows overlooking front gardens
Two Bathrooms
• Direct access primary bathroom w/ vintage clawfoot tub/shower combo
• A modern en-suite bathroom located in the queen bedroom
Kitchen & Dining

The property is located on a quiet tree lined street with walkable proximity to downtown shops, restaurants, and local event spaces.
The wrap-around porch offers a peaceful place to enjoy the surroundings, while the backyard provides comfortable seating and a gas grill suitable for casual meals or evening gatherings.
The property features a nicely landscaped entry with operable fountain greeting you as you approach the front door. The hedges provide natural screening between the home and the neighboring property which shares a common driveway for access off 7th Ave.
