NEW LISTING: GORGEOUS 2BR CONDO IN DOWNTOWN BLOWING ROCK
This beautiful property does not allow pets/smoking is not permitted/no fireplace usage.
Welcome to our new condo in DOWNTOWN BLOWING ROCK. It has been totally renovated, thoughtfully furnished and lovingly decorated just for you!
You will enter the condo from a beautiful porch/balcony, complete with table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a lovely view of the complex. Upon entering, you will immediately notice a warm, comfortable, relaxing living area to share with your family and friends. The living area includes a new leather sofa, smart television and ample seating. (Due to safety concerns, fireplace usage is not permitted.) In the kitchen, you will find new stainless steel appliances and everything you will need if you choose to cook during your stay. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room which features a new full size washer and dryer. There are two bedrooms located off of the living area. Each bedroom has a full private bathroom. There are new Nectar mattresses in each bedroom (king bed in one bedroom and queen bed in the other bedroom).
Our guests LOVE the location of our property. Located in downtown Blowing Rock, it is an easy stroll from the condo to the center of downtown. You won't have to deal with the inconvenience of finding parking in downtown Blowing Rock. Instead, just park in our parking lot and walk to amazing restaurants, fantastic shopping, beautiful parks, and many family friendly activities.
Be sure to check out the beautiful areas surrounding Blowing Rock. Our condo is only a short drive to The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Appalchian Ski Mountain, Appalachian State University, and many more attractions.
While at our condo, be sure to experience the beautiful stream that flows on the edge of the property (a kid favorite). By the stream, you will find a grill, picnic table, basketball goal, horseshoes, etc. Another favorite spot is the gazebo located in the courtyard of the property.
While this is a new listing, our family is erexperienced hosting families through VRBO. We also own the unit next door and have rented it to guests for many years. We are very proud of the outstanding reviews generated at the property. If you need more space, be sure to check out our other property (VRBO# 573704)
