Rose of Destin - Sleeps 12 - Mediterranean styling on 4-Prong Lake, Destin

One of the most unique villas in all of Destin! Yes, you could rent a typical bland vacation home, but staying in the Rose of Destin will provide you and your guests a truly unique and beautiful experience! Mediterranean style villa built on the absolute premier lot on the water in the private and gated community of Destiny West...nothing better!

Please note that we only rent to primary renters that are homeowners and provide us a copy of their homeowner policy as verification with minimum liability limits of $500,000.

Sleeps 8 adults very comfortably in the 4 ensuites (3 King, 1 Queen) but you can also bring up to 4 additional guests by sleeping on the exceptional leather recliners, 3rd floor sofas (not sofa beds) or using our 2 AeroBeds.

Rose of Destin sits right on the lake, and we have some fun stuff, including a small float dock and pedal boat (no power boats on the lake).. Guests have use of lots of fun water toys, plus our 6-seat golf cart for cruising the area (liability waiver and copy of car insurance is required). Pontoon and other watercraft rentals are available in Destin Harbor close by (not included in your rental). You'll also be a short 5 minute walk (2 minutes by golf cart) from the most beautiful sugar-sand beaches! There are 5-6 beautiful golf courses minutes away and dozens of great restaurants within a few miles to please everyone's taste buds! Guests will also have access to the Destiny West clubhouse, with it's huge, beautiful pool, gym, tennis, basketball, and pickleball court, etc...all just a short half-block away!

Enjoy a relaxing vacation at this 4-bedroom (all ensuite) villa in Destin, Florida...just a couple of minutes to the beautiful beaches. Rose of Destin has three King suites plus one Queen suite for comfortable sleeping for 8 adults. Additional sleeping for 4 smaller guests on recliners, sofas, and AeroBeds. Find plenty of space both inside and outside to relax on the huge terrace next to the lake, go to the beach, cruise with the golf cart, or enjoy the clubhouse. The double deck pool/hot tub is right out the doors!

Beach lover? Just a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. We have plenty of beach toys and equipment. The villa features five bathrooms, including the jetted bathtub in the master for a nice, refreshing soak. Year-round comfort with air conditioning and heating. Whether you want to unwind or stay active at the clubhouse just a few minute walk away, this villa offers an enjoyable experience for all.
